I gave myself the gift of just enjoying the day...no chores for me today!
My sweet hubby ~ Neil ~ is treating our family with a meal out tonight so...
...I don't even have to cook!
Neil also gifted me with the shampoo bars I've been wanting from Chagrin Valley.
(I'm very good at telling what I want giving hints. :)
I treated myself to an outdoor-shampoo with the Summer Sunshine bar today and it was heavenly!
So, I have great smelling, shiny hair for our night out.

My sons gifted me with a cute two quart ice cream freezer and I can't wait to try it out!
They can't wait either.
And I almost forgot!
I got a phone call from the public library today and they told me I won a Gardener's gift basket through the Summer Reading Program!
Maybe we can pick it up on our way to the restaurant this evening.
With all the cards, phone calls, emails, FB messages, and gifts I've received, I feel like a much loved, much blessed young(?) lady.
(Shhh...don't tell my body, but my mind still thinks I'm in my 30's, and my body can't see real well anymore so it'll never know.)
